In spite of this, if the cutting direction is reversed or moves around a sharp corner, the feed rate is reduced. This then leads to more heat being conducted to the base metal, resulting in worsened cut quality.
Pulsed processing is used for piercing holes into materials and produces better quality finishes for such applications compared to CW-mode. Both high power and low average power have the ability to produce good quality cutting and performance.
High peak power ensures efficient heating and speed, effectively removing hot material from the kerf. Low average power keeps the workpiece cool and leaves little heat conduction which commonly leads to quality issues.
Overall, you can see that the impact cutting speed has on performance depends on your application and method. Although the general rule is that the higher the average power levels means the faster the cutting speed, this isn’t generally best for some materials and projects.

As the temperatures suddenly drop during the winter season, operating and storing your laser cutting machine in below 0°C will undoubtedly cause problems. The laser tube is water-cooled, so when this is used and situated in below freezing temperatures, the internal pipeline can crack, deform and overflow. This, in turn, will cause further damage to other core components.
By adding antifreeze to water pipeline in your laser cutting machine, this will prevent it from freezing in the cold weather. However, due to corrosive qualities, always make sure you dilute it before adding it to the mechanism; if you add too much, it will affect the quality of light and the energy of the laser.
After every use in the winter, you should empty the cooling water and clean the pipe; use an air pump or compressor to efficiently remove the water. Also, if necessary, remove the water chiller or pump and place it in a warmer environment to prevent the circulation equipment from freezing.
In order for your laser cutting machine functions properly, not only in winter but all year round, make sure it is stored in the correct environment. Room temperature should be between 15°C and 25°C with humidity between 40% and 70% and not in direct sunlight.
These requirements are more necessary in winter because when the temperatures drop in the evening, this can cause condensation in the laser tube and the hardening of greases and oils.

Also quite self-explanatory, multi-vee dies consist of multiple different vees that are spread across their four sides. Although not always suitable for short flange bending, there is large variety and versatility when it comes to using multi-vee dies in terms of radii and material thickness.
Two-way self-centring vee dies have two successive grooves that are close to the edges of the die which allow shorter flange bending. Each groove is usually a different angle and/or width to the other one which aids in more efficient and productive operations, as there will be no need for retooling for different bends.
Best suited for acute angle bends and flattening, flattening and hemming dies are an essential solution for finishing.

Compared to the previous popular model SR-32J, the SR-32JIIB has a number of advantages and advanced features.
Across all four spindle motors, performance has been increased with more speed and power.
As well as this, the hydraulic clamping for the main and sub-spindle collets has been introduced which increases the clamping force by up to 40%, therefore improving the indexing accuracy of turning.
This spindle power means there are higher metal removal rates also contributing to accuracy and precision.
The adoption of dovetail slide ways on X1, Y1, Y2 and Z2 axes means that the CNC machine rigidity has been significantly enhanced.
